Propelled Longevity

An 8-week small-group strength and mobility program designed for active adults who want to move confidently and age with vitality.
Propelled Longevity at Propel Active

Propelled Longevity is built for active adults who want to maintain independence and feel strong as they age. The program uses bodyweight exercises and resistance bands to build lean muscle, improve joint mobility, and support long-term bone health — without the impact of jumping, the strain of heavy lifting, or the stress of kneeling. Adults can lose up to 50% of muscle mass by age 80, with decline starting in the 40s. This program is designed to reverse that trajectory.

Benefits of Joining the Propelled Longevity Program

As we age, maintaining strength and mobility is essential for independence and quality of life. Adults can lose up to 50% of their muscle mass by age 80, with decline starting as early as the 40s. This muscle loss affects everyday activities—standing from a chair, climbing stairs, carrying groceries, and maintaining balance.

Bodyweight strength training and resistance band exercises provide the perfect solution. Unlike heavy weight lifting, this approach builds lean muscle tone while staying gentle on your joints, helping you develop functional strength that translates directly to real-world movements and lasting independence.

  • Build strength and flexibility simultaneously through unique "strength in length" training
