Your program may include any combination of:

  • At home training instruction
  • Personal training
  • Fitness classes or programs
  • Nutritional counselling

The initial consultation is always FREE of charge and may include any of the following:

Who runs the personal training services?

All of Propel's fitness, rehabilitation, and exercise medicine programs are designed and run by our exercise and rehabilitation experts.

Can sessions be billed through my insurance?

If you're a current chiropractic or physiotherapy patient and your healthcare provider has prescribed personal training with our onsite registered kinesiologist as part of your management, supervised exercise sessions can be submitted through your health insurance.

Do I have to pay for multiple sessions at once?

No. You can pay as you go. No memberships, no commitments.

Are all sessions 1 hour long?

No. You have a choice between 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. 30 minutes is plenty of time to get an amazing workout in. It depends on your goals — book your free consultation to find out which works best for you.

Do you offer group fitness classes?

Our group fitness programs are run based on interest. With a minimum of 8 (max 12) people interested in joining an 8-week program, we'll develop the program and run it at a time that works for the group.
