What does it cost?

Our #1 goal in creating this program was accessibility. One 1-hour senior fitness class is $15 + HST when purchased as an 8-session package.

Do I have to pay for multiple sessions at once?

No. You can pay as you go. We do offer a discount for those who purchase multiple sessions up front.

How long are the sessions?

Group sessions are 1 hour. We also offer 30-minute and 60-minute one-on-one fitness options.
