Peri-Lynn Harris is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. With decades of experience in the wellness industry and a deep commitment to functional fitness, Peri-Lynn brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every class and training session at Propel.
Her fitness credentials include certifications from CanFitPro as a Personal Training Specialist, plus extensive training in Essentrics™ (Levels 1–4) — a dynamic stretching and strengthening method known for improving posture, flexibility, and joint health. Peri-Lynn also holds certifications through the YWCA in group fitness instruction and is continually expanding her knowledge of evidence-informed exercise and mobility practices.
At Propel Active, Peri-Lynn leads group fitness classes for seniors and other group programs, and works one-on-one with clients to build strength, endurance, and functional movement patterns tailored to their individual needs. Whether you're returning to fitness, managing an old injury, or looking for expert guidance in a welcoming environment, Peri-Lynn's personalized approach helps you stay active and motivated.
