Robert Hoo has been a practitioner of martial arts for over 25 years, with a focus on Tai Chi. Studying under Master Sifu Rick Sue, Robert has competed in Yang Tai Chi patterns and has also received instruction in the Chen and Wu style forms. He has been instructing Tai Chi for the past 20 years and recently received first-level certification by the Chinese Health Qigong Association.
Robert has seen the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong both physically and mentally — everything from improving circulation to easing chronic muscle pain to finding one's center. Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that can help anyone find a better balance in life.
