Crystal is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She brings energy, experience, and evidence-based practice to PROPEL.

Crystal graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy in 2005 and from the University of British Columbia with a Masters in Rehabilitation Science in 2016. She is certified in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada; certified in GTT — dry needling through the Gokavi Institute; and certificated to practice spinal manipulation through the SWODEAM Institute. Additionally, she has taken many advanced courses in orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging, myofascial release, pain management, movement impairment syndromes, and corrective kinesiotaping.

Throughout her career, she has worked in public and private practice with work injuries, repetitive strains, motor vehicle accidents, and sports injuries in acute and tertiary settings. She has enjoyed working with sporting events such as the NORCECA International Beach Volleyball Competitions, as well as local and regional level golf, soccer, and swimming tournaments.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys hiking with her dog Jax and exploring new places with her husband.

Crystal is Propel's Pelvic Health Specialist, and has helped countless patients with managing conditions related to their pelvic floor.
